We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to create and co-create engaging branded content for our clients. Our ideal individual would have the ability to lead content strategy, media and influencer relations. Must have the ability to create and curate creative content and develop targeted story angles. Have a passion for media relations and not be afraid to call upon media and build strong lasting relationships. This role would be a 50/50 split dedicated to influencer and media relations work.

About the Job

Functional Leadership & Management

  • Work with influencers and editors to create engaging, co-created, branded content
  • Manage execution of online media and influencer engagement programs (includes media events, social activations, sponsored content)
  • Develop engagement strategies that meet brand objectives
  • Build and maintains strong relationships with consumer, lifestyle, food and beverage influencers (bloggers, vloggers, etc.) and leading online media outlets
  • Keep up with current events/trends and spot digital trends, particularly as they relate to spirits, music, fashion and lifestyle
  • Possess and has the ability to build positive working relationships with talent agents, management agencies and influencer networks
  • Provide daily monitoring and tracking of influencer social placements 
  • Monitor and track competitive brands’ influencer activations 
  • Contribute ideas that come to life in digital based on communications ideas and KPIs
  • Strong team player and works in partnership with brand team and agency partners
  • Understands social etiquette, comply with ethical standards and agency and client social media policies

Client Service Excellence

  • Participate in brainstorms, team meetings and ideation sessions
  • Respond to client/account needs and requests in a timely fashion
  • Conduct research to support current campaigns and new business activities
  • Provide ongoing insights into entertainment, consumer and lifestyle trends for real-time, ongoing news engine activities
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills and creative solutions to media roadblocks

Sales & Growth

  • Ideate and proactively share opportunities to increase influencer activation budget and/or drive incremental revenue


  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English, marketing or a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in public relations, brand management and/or influencer marketing field in an agency or a non-agency setting
  • Comfort and familiarity in social and digital marketing
  • Demonstrable engagement with popular culture and understanding of influencer and blogger landscape
  • Organized, self-starter, and creative maverick 
  • Experience seeing influencer partnerships through from start to finish 
  • Experience working with or vetting talent and/or influencers  
  • Knowledge of pop culture and strong interest in entertainment, fashion, spirits, travel, hospitality, film, or television  
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other agency capabilities to meet common goals
  • Strong media pitching and writing skills a must
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented with proven ability to multitask to manage priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Results driven with a focus on delivering excellent client service
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates flexibility when priorities shift
